Hello all, I would like to get some ideas on becoming financially independent. I'm in my late 40s now, have a steady job but not something that would make me rich. I'm in an electrical engineering field. I tried dabbling into the real estate sales, but am having issues with cash burn on marketing and cold calling requires a lot more time than I have available. I feel that ideal situation would be me partnering up with someone else. But I'm stuck in figuring out what to do. Any advice for me?
