Hey everyone, I am just starting to go through my divorce in CT. I filed. It's over. I am going through all the emotions.

In preparation, I have a house and my soon-to-be ex said we should get a realtor to see what needs to be done to the house to prepare to sell it.

Is this something someone has done? Will the realtor make you sign with them? Is there a one-time agreement?
