It should not be your problem that some people can't handle jealousy, You are not doing anything wrong by reaching for a romance with single lady. Figure out how to spend more time together, just in different context. You can grab some drinks to chill after the game or train together or whatever.

Just tease her. Pick on her basically.

Throw her a ball deliberately to hit her with it like another user here commented (not too strong though or you’ll hurt her).
Stick out your tongue 😛 to her after you hit her with the ball whilst you also show her a middle finger briefly while you smile with a smirk. (needs to be done in a playful non-serious teasing way)
Challenge her specifically as if you have something personal against her (as a joke).
Imitate her mannerisms and gestures, repeat her words exaggerating her tone of voice in a mocking way, and repeating all her frustrated words to tease her more.
Parody her behaviour with an exaggerated snarky tone of voice, example: “_Hey, look it’s me Lauren, i’m so pretty and I just got my nails done. I’m so ready to kick ass in the volleyball match, and take selfies saying “Slaaay!✌️_”

If she gets too upset after all of this, just say: I’m just messing with you, you know i love ya.. Hey I’ll get you a soda. That will reduce the tension, and get her to relax as she will know you are not doing it in a mean spirited way.

That’s how you can get her attention by making her feel emotions teasing her. It all requires playful tone of voice which requires you to modulate your voice.

You cannot do this things in a serious neutral tone, or they will feel like personal belittling attacks, and she might hate you. Make sure you don’t tease things that she might feel insecure about.

So re read this comment again, but imagine how it would sound when you use a more playful voice.
