I am new to this sub and the game as well. I have read many replies in this thread, they talk about making it clear from the first moment and I was surprised to see that here a time frame of 2 weeks is seen long thus my 4 years time frame must feel like history.

What happened in 4 years is pretty simple I message her first she responds, few days later she starts the messages and talks about anything and everything(literally anything). By the end of the week she looses interest any time I try to talk it's met with busy, with friends, tired etc.

Rinse and repeat this cycle once a month and 4 years pass. I came across TRP and now I think it's time to end.

Should I just maintain no contact or tell it to her the next time?
