Yeah its so rampant. When I was in high school, any time someone's crush said "No", they just ended up murdering them. My class of 25 would usually just become 12 by the end of the year.

I rejected a girl and I ended up getting batshit insane false allegations from her about a week later.

Another time I rejected a girl way back when I was in high school, and she went nuts about it and rather hilariously formed an entire group chat dedicated to shit talking me before pivoting to somehow I actually asked her out and she rejected me and then I got mad about it? It was bizarre and her claims ramped up enough over time that I got a few threats from white knights until said crazy chick's own mom (who was a teacher at the school and knew me) made her apologize to me 🤦‍♂️
