You used evidence from one place and declared it a end all be all, this looked at Britain, where a Woman who was ruling in the 16th century (Mary the I) controlled England,

But didn't Islam used to stone women to death? alongside the fact the difference of death by something like a singular thing(heresy) didn't change the way of death for each gender for the crime of Treason regardless of severity?

Alongside that England did Burn women on stakes, such as during the Middle ages/Late middle ages

the last women in England to be burned on a stake took place in 1789, and she was burned on the stake for counterfeiting, something that is declared a serious crime slightly below the level of heresy. which in the modern day would get you around 20 years in prison.
