individuals with strong commitments to gender equality are more likely to trust rigorous studies showing bias against women. However, the study also points to a darker side: the same moral conviction can lead to biased reasoning, causing people to infer discrimination even when the evidence says otherwise.
I would add the comment:
Such researches can be an one hit and can be non-replicable. The most interesting part here however is the documentation that people should definitely be researching for opposite bias, rather than accepting a unidirectional flow of bias from Male to Female.
