I had my fair share of online (Tinder, OKC) game, social network game and als daygame but I still struggle with approach anxiety (night game & day game). That's what I want to tackle by taking action via daygame. You can read a lot about getting rid of AA using DG but the ways differ:
1. do one (direct) cold approach per day, everyday!
2. do warmup approaches every day for the first week (e.g. asking for the time), slightly more challenging approaches the second week (e.g. ask for recommendation) and so on until you do full cold approaches after several weeks.
3. do 10 approaches every time you go out. do this 2-3 days of the week.
4. getting an approach coach.
then there are variations doing solo DG or with wingmen. So my question is, what makes most sense? Regarding efficiency, ignoring the aspects of time, availability to wingmen etc. I tried everything half assed and want to commit to one regimen now.
