Yes, TRP while targeted at male-female relations, can easily apply a lot of those concepts to male-male relations, platonic or sexual.

TRP is about creating value.

Male sexual strategy is based on reproduction. I don't quite understand homosexual sexual strategy (though /r/AltTRP may have some answers for you) however, aside from sexual strategy, TRP does teach frame and how to be a man which extends to male relationships as well as female.

What this means is that, speaking from a hetero mind set, applying TRP concepts to male-male relationships is a good thing.

Men like other men, its how we are built. (Paraphrasing from Jack Donavan's "The Way of Men") We operate on a gang system, as in a guy is walking through the woods (pretend it is on a deserted island or what have you) and he runs into another man.

He now has two options, either adopt this other man into his gang or kill him. Either way it depends on protection of resources.

Kind of off topic, but my point is this; men like other men who act like men. Weather your boss in a professional relationship or a friend, (I assume the same with homosexual relationships, but I don't know. Check out alttrp for a better answer) men like other men who display heroic characteristics. (Strong, holds frame, takes charge, gets bitches, has money, etc.)

Homo-sapiens base everything on status, which means women being women and men being men.
