Has anyone receive judge ordered 50/50 visitation, either in the temp before finalization or at finalization. Wife wants 5 days a week and want 50/50. I know Texas law has standard possession and extended standard possession in thier Texas family law, but has anyone had a judge order 50/50 visitation either temporary while we are going through the process or at finalization?
