I am genuinely curious whether Indian people feel something is wrong here. If this 12 yr old boy physically raped this 17 yr old girl, which is unlikely to happen considering boys in 12 does not begin to gain muscle a lot, then it is somewhat reasonable to book this young boy. However, we are talking about statutory rape here. It is the girl who should be arrested due to clear differences in their intellectual maturity
