Empathy gap. Victims of any crime are usually belittled more if they identify as female. And sure, technically women have it worse in the sense that rape may lead to pregnancy. But by that logic you could go to a woman that was raped and tell her "at least you didn't get pregnant, pregnant women have it worse than you." Wouldn't be such a nice argument to have now that men are out of the equation, huh?
