Thinking about getting a divorce, and I want to talk to a lawyer and know all the potential impact before making a final decision. The main reason keeping me from just doing it is financial. I’m a bread winner and my partner has a job too ( but gets paid less). We have a young child too so that adds to the complexity of this whole thing. I want sole custody of our child and I don’t want to pay my partner spousal support. Not sure if it’s doable in CA… Appreciate all your support!
