Equality?? A woman won't even look at a man she views as her equal. The number of divorces I witnessed during my working life, initiated by female colleagues after they received 'big' promotions. Suddenly, her husband wasn't 'good enough' for her any longer. Some of them were even candid enough to admit this perverted view of human relationship (materialist & transactional from the female side).

I'm really sorry to hear that.

I assume you have already had a divorce are or are about to. I thought the system is nonsensically biased against men only in my country, but later I learnt that it is the same way even in so-called first-world countries which are more developed, including the US. Just recently we had a case here of a man taking his own life because of harassment, court cases and demanding of money by his wife and in-laws. This was not the first such case of course, but the man posted a 90-minute-long video on social media explaining everything he was going through, and that shook the country. Many people raised their voice for him, many YouTubers made videos about him and how the laws are biased against men in a horrible way. But of course, you had some people talk in support of the woman and a popular YouTuber who claims to be neutral but has always had an agenda did make a video about him, but blamed only men for not opening up and other things, after praising women because they have good friendships.

I can do nothing but clap hopelessly as I see some people blaming the 'patriarchy' even for thi. As per them, these problems occur becaus of the toxic 'masculine' behavior which makes men emotionally weak, and they do not open up. I have no hope whatsoever in my country's judiciary because it is terrible in all aspects. The only advice I can give to men who are getting married is that they should transfer their property to their parents, so that they would not have to lose the property in case the marriage goes wrong. The judicial structure seems to be busy atomizing the society over here and make it change to be based on an individual rather than a family.

Hope your new life which you are starting from scratch be good to you and that you will have the comforts you deserve soon. It's sad that I can do nothing about this as an individual.

Without knowing the whole story, this comes across as you avoiding your own responsibilities by blaming your ex wife.

Your first step toward healing and recovery should be acknowledging that you made a poor choice in selecting your spouse. Then you got divorced for reasons. Unless you were involved with all women and they all “screwed you over,” don’t generalize and blanket judge all women. Just as it’s unfair for women to judge all men based on the actions of some, the same applies here.

A wo(man) earning more than their spouse is never the problem if the couple truly acts as partners and cares for one another. There’s going to be misunderstandings, differing opinions, and other issues in all relationships as part of life experience

In healthy relationships, it’s the couple versus the problem. In unhealthy ones, it’s the couple against each other. My parents have been married for 35+ years and counting, and my mom has always earned significantly more than my dad. While they do have their issues, those issues were challenges they faced together as a couple, and their income disparity was never an excuse or a problem. Did you feel emasculated by your wife in your marriage due to not having financial control? Or was there something else? Or maybe it was a mix of multiple things?

Take the time to heal properly before dating again (if you choose to). That way, you’ll be better equipped to choose the right partner for your next relationship. Best of luck!

as a woman i think the men should lead and im christian too so the word there is submit to your husband. but he's also told to provide for the whole family. if you'd be okay with her not working or working a lot less then i can agree with you, but if you expect her to work as much as you and still submit i think there's an issue as well. a return to traditional entails responsibility from both sides. the woman to submit and the man to be a provider.
