Hello /r/asktrp,
I'm a bit stuck in the anger phase of the pill.
Whenever I visit this subreddit or /r/TheRedPill I get very angry at the things I read, not because I disagree with them, quite the opposite actually, I've even experienced and noticed some of the things you write about and I'm very grateful to this family of subreddits for allowing me to dispel the illusion.
The thing is, I don't know how to make peace with the reality of things...
The first months of swallowing the pill I focused in improving all my low aspects and I still am doing that, I'm far from fulfilling my potential but that's not the point, the thing is I get derailed and really frustrated whenever someone talks about feminism in front of me or watches the television near me and some bullshit statistics about the gender pay gap or something like that is mentioned in a news report. I want to say something in those moments and shut some mouths but the moment I open my own mouth to say something I immediately refrain myself from doing so because I know it doesn't even matter what I say.
The media and the government are constantly bombarding people with bullshit and it's not like whatever I have to say is going to change their mind... And that frustrates me.
It frustrates me because it means that apart from this community, I'm unable to communicate my views to nearly anyone and that leaves me with a "ball of rage" that I do not know how to handle. I've thought about filtering with some kind of browser extension all things not related to work or college stuff (this includes TRP) and focus on myself (Lifting, Dieting properly, trying to ace my last year in college) for a period of time and forget about how fucked up the world is... But isn't that escapism?

What do you guys think? Sorry for the long post and any grammatical mistakes that may be in the text, English is not my native language.

Thanks in advance.
