-- Background on me and my self improvement. --

Basically i've been spending the last 2/3 months or so internalising the pill and breaking all the beliefs/habits we all know have been bad for us.

I've picked up fitness, chosen to follow calisthenics as I prefer it over the gym, I work out 6 days a week with sunday off which I consider my reflection day to reflect on my week, conversations, places I fell off, where to move forward from here.

My social life has improved dramatically, with me just turning 18 that resulted in a fair amount of activity, but thats not really key to my self development as I dont personally pursue being involved with any of these people.

I'm doing as I should be to maintain a healthy life for my body, brushing my teeth after meals, just general things that should be done daily.

I personally skate as a hobby which i've significantly improved in mainly in the past month or two just by changing my attitude towards the things I do, risk = reward.

I'm looking to take up kickboxing/boxing after I get my licence..

So generally on the smaller matters I'm doing alright for myself.

-- Question --

Im currently studying a diploma of web development, I go on campus most days a week, aiming for 5 days as I should be but i've been slacking lately with it. Personally, I enjoy coding. I don't actually dislike it, when I knew what I was doing I would sit there for hours on end and work on sites.

Over the past month or so I begun learning two new languages, now that I understand them to a degree i'm back to where I was using old coding I used to understand but i've found I no longer do.

This is where i'm getting slack, the fact i've forgotten what I used to know and am having to relearn really has put me in a rut. Im not doing anywhere near what I should be and generally just lack the motivation to stop being a bitch, push forward through the challenge of learning and keep on going,

How can I push out of this? I know it comes down to me and the choices I make in order to move forward but lately that attitude towards it really isn't getting me where I need to be. Im simply asking for some opinions on this and what you guys would do in my situation,

Any posts/books I should read on self development/web development even will be read so recommend what you may.
