Here is what I think I've learned and I want you to tell me if I'm right:

Having a frame of confidence that allows you to talk to people in a way that is removed from outcomes, while also vibing with people and having an engaging and interesting conversation is one of the key ingredients of charisma.

How and what you say, is also important but just being able to be the magnet that draws people in with positive non-outcome seeking energy is a real game changer.
