boring and honest answer.. you probably already know it.

Gym, learn to dress, be more social, go out more often, focus on your career/studies and upgrading, focus on making more money, self respect, confidence, hobbies etc.

PUA? probably a waste of time unless you're on the spectrum or something and actually need socialisation training. The best concept is to learn inner confidence which comes from competence which comes from achieving the things I said above. All the PUA stuff does is just bring the icing on the cake like the last 5% (subjectively). And if you don't have the other 95% from what I mentioned before then 1 bad day, or 1 little period of being down will destroy everything. Also it requires so much energy to overthink and focus on those little 5%ers instead of just building the 95% of foundation and doing it effortlessly.
