The sheer audacity of preventing his biological father to see his son to give custody of his stepmother. Not even his actual mother. Now even being the biological father isn't enough, she gets custody just for being married to him.

And of course not even 5 seconds into scrolling the comment sections I see women (it's almost never men) trying to justify the child being kept away and saying not to blame the sheriff and state.

what a fucked up system where the father is assumed to guilty until proven innocent.

That woman and her parents need to spend the rest of their miserable lives in prison.

One of the rare cases I'd argue that you should kidnap your own kid. Especially if their life is in danger. Personally, if I had a kid who was risking being taken by a vile woman who would probably murder said child, I would do everything both within and beyond my power to make sure the child is safe. At risk of my own freedom if need be.
