Hot and elusive chick, we used to work together, but she was let go.

A couple of months later I asked her out to catch up over drinks. She agreed and we talked for 3-4 hours (good connection, hugs, etc., but I never hit on her). She said she had a nice time and that we should do it again sometime. After a few weeks I commented on her story, which was set for close friends only, meaning she's put me on her close friends list (I wasn't before) and she replied by sending me some stuff she's been working on, qualifying herself and saying she's deserved a praise. I praised her and jokingly said she should teach me, jokingly because we both know I can do that stuff better than her. She said "haha, sure, we should grab drinks again these days". So we arranged to meet.

Now, the problem is that I'm not sure how she feels about me because I never expressed direct intent. And like I mentioned she's pretty elusive so getting this far with her is an accomplishment in and of itself. So don't wanna spook her, but I also don't wanna spend another 4 hours just talking. Tips?
