She will not be placed on the sex offender registry. But if she violates any terms of her probation, Anderson can face up to 8 years in prison and will be registered as a sex offender.

I think we all know the answer to that..
No fucking way would a man get 5 years of "Probation" for this sort of thing.. Nor would he avoid having to be on the sex offenders register..

But when its a woman?
