What is the consensus on women (18-20) who are still pure but exhibit other red flags. The girl in question is F[18] HB9 still in high school. She is obviously liking the attention of an older male in a fraternity. Took her out for coffee and got ballsy and asked the "craziest sex story" question. She responded with she wouldn't know because she never had sex before. Other than that she seems to have really good relations with her siblings and parental units. She comes from a very conservative upbringing in a rural area. Also plays softball, snowboards, always curious to know how TRP interprets women playing sports.

The red flags in question are as follows: 1. Seems to party a lot (drama) 2. Has a lot of male friends 3. Huge following on social media

I'm not really considering an LTR at all and just want to ride this out and see what happens. Anything I should pay more attention too? Obviously I do not think she fits the bill for an LTR.
