Women have easier times getting part time job : They accept Minimum wages and shitty jobs easily, why you ask ? In my culture, they just want an excuse to go out and avoid house chores , every cent they make is extra and goes into luxury stuff (they are well taken off until marriage) Also they are more favoured overall. So their college experience is at least 50% better than the average male. Also they are given cars for transport way easier than their male counterpart. For example, in my Field "Laws" usually the women are more favoured to work for lawyers law firms , slowly they are inters and gain connections and learn stuff. The average male law student graduates with 0 experience. The average female law student usually graduates with at least 1 to 2 years worth of experience. Even if not , they are more likely to get coached.

Even if both graduated with 0 work experience, the females have atleast one year head start due to mandatory military service.

Every male who didn't finish his mandatory military service won't get : The unemployment pension. Will not be accepted into any workplace. By age 30, a woman has at least 5 years worth of experience and already built a career for herself. By age 30 , if lucky and if everything goes into plan You are looking at 3 years of expensive at best. The average man is still unemployed at the age of 30 if we are being realistic.
