what is better than an example to explain yourself?

Have you not noticed that some people(specially guys) have a thing...it is so good to be around them(and in contrast to what people say ¨leave persons better than they were before, they actually dont compliment), girls are willing to do favors(huge ones) to them...everyone fights internally to be good friends with them and would kill somebody to have the chance to share with them. Obviously they hardly ever text first(at least that is what I have seen in some examples).

So? any tips, guide, post on how to be like them(charming)?
