“There are serious concerns that people are not getting a fair trial when they are not being given the opportunity to provide evidence which might support their innocence".

This is exactly the problem with rape shield laws.

There should be no such thing as rape shield laws. Those accused of rape deserve the same due process procedures as those accused of any other crime, with no relevant evidence excluded.

Why can't "who would ever hit that" be a defense?

Im not a looker but I see all these false accusers and they're sooo "tea app" looking i always thought how the judge and jury could even believe some one would even touch those false accusers. I wouldn't even and that's saying ALOT cause I don't get nobody. Just like these false accusers 😆
