It seems like I've been having a trend of new girls not texting me back when I ask them to hang. I have a few chick right now that I sleep with or I could hit up, but this goes for new girls that I'm trying to hit up.

We have normal conversation or whatever, ya know just little small talk. How was your day, what they're doing, what I'm doing, blah blah. But, when I tell them that we should hang out , I get no response. I just say "Let's hang out", they either don't text back at all or they may ask when, and then when I say when, they don't text me back or flake.
