I got to know a girl from university this evening through one of my friends. I noticed her over the last couple of years but I never managed to talk to her. We talked for a bit in a small group but shortly after she and her friend went home - she hugged me for a goodbye so atleast she doesnt consider mevthat hideous. I didnt ask for her contacts because she was in a rush and I didn't feel like it was the right time (I'm inexperienced, was tired, there were too many people around). I found her now on Instagram and consider writing her a dm. Should I do it? What should I say? Thanks in advance, hoping to get better in this game.
