All I wanted was 50/50 mother has undeniable history of violence. She wanted to frame me but exposed her with recordings and video. She ended up begging and we settle for 50/50 because my stupid ass didn’t want my kids to grow without a mother.

Cooperating has been a starlight up hell. Literally comparing with the diable. Trying to frame me as a bad father in every possible way, dragging me to court every 3-6months. Sadly because the evidence I had happened before we agreed on 50/50 so it’s no longer current or admissible to court because I still accepted 50/50 knowing my ex violence.

Now the court sent us to a custody evaluator. The lady seem shocked!!! She seem on my side. She’s in disbelief that the court even allow this. But again, my brain tell me she’s playing a role to get me to talk and she might do the same with my ex and she’s not actually on my side.

Friends want me to contact CPS because my ex’s brother just divorced and his wife witnesses a lot of child neglect. Which I reported to the custody evaluator.

I want to ask her to report it to CPS too and also show them the old (from 4 years ago) video of abuse.

Do you guys on your experience think contacting CPS by a 3rd party while there is a custody evaluation will help tip the scale? Or will look bad on me and might case me issues?
