I'm not bad with joking/flirting in conversation. But as a guy, it's hard to keep the conversation spicy 80-90% of the time.

How do you guys practice this stuff? Watching stand-up comedy has improved me a great deal, but I know I can do better. My friend who's a natural reads Shakespeare but that's not really my cup of tea.
