You can translate her womanspeak easily into plain english, thus her explaining her actions already have given you the answer.

Although she says she isn't a slut and has been hurt, it doesn't stop the fact she won't continue her past actions.

I went trough this with a girl. I managed to negociate from 20 days of dating before sex down to sex tomorrow.

Here is how I did it. Feel free to skip the background and go to the 4th paragraph. Met at the club, she knew some of the people at my table. She came with a monkey who kept trying to dance with her. Left the club with her and her "best friend", the monkey. Told the monkey I'll walk her home. Kissed her there.

Next day we met to go to the mall. I was still kind of clueless at that time, pre-RP, but I had tight game. She told me how she is glad to be my girlfriend and how she never met anyone in the club before. She told me some other shit, can't remember.

Then she said that she hopes I don't expect her to have sex soon. Because she wants to wait and she doesn't do that. Thinking back, I passed the shit test with flying colors and I didn't even know what a shit test is. I told her of course we won't. Then asked her how does this work? We wait for a specified number of days? She said "yea, something like that". I asked how many days? She said about twenty. I asked "what if we get horny?" She said she didn't think that far. All my responses were ironic, making her see just how childish she is. Then there was some silence. Finally I told her "That waiting thing. We're not going to do that". And that was it. Next evening she was at my place, fucked her silly then dumped her two days later.

So here is the thing. First, be attractive. Seriously. This shit is important. Actually, not really. She must think you are attractive. Second, waiting for sex is childish. What are we, fifth graders holding hands? Don't take that shit seriously. Women say silly things. And third, if she really doesn't want to have sex with you it might mean one of two things. She either is a pure girl who wants someone special to share that intimate moment (yeah right, very unlikely). Or she is a normal girl who sees you as a loser and wants to extract as much shit from you before she has to degrade herself by fucking you.
