I've always thought it would be a good idea for us to start local meetup groups. They don't have to be an official part of an organization, it doesn't even have to be a formal group with a name, just a group of local MRAs linking up together in the real world.

Sometimes you could organize public demonstrations, but sometimes it would be nice just to have like minded friends. Go bowling. Go out to dinner. Etc. Not only are you making friends with like minded people, but maybe the general public starts getting a better image of MRAs. Maybe your group starts an Instagram, starts talking with the bowling lane next to yours, etc.
