I'm from So Cal. White women will date Asians/Indian men. The problem is your SMV is not high enough.

Asian man in So Cal here.

You're not getting any bonuses. For example, white guys are the go-to for minority women when they want to date inter-racially. Asian guys, you're not getting that free bonus. Although with the more recent media presence, Asian guys are starting to get a bit more attention.

Also Asian women don't like to date Asian men. But that seems to be more of an age thing, as if Asian women, when they go through teens - 20's, they'll shun Asian men, but in their 30's they become open to it. That seems to be what I've seen.

Outside of those two issues, I've never had problems. I date mostly Latinas. They won't go "I like Asian men", but when I approach, they do give me a fair chance, and a fair chance is all I need.

Edit: I've also dated white, black, middle eastern, just that Hispanic women are my favorite. They are all the same. Small percentage won't be interested, small percentage want Asian men, most are neutral but give me a fair chance when I approach. It's all about your game. A lot of Asian and Indian men have trouble because the "game" is different by culture. And this culture differs by location... So Cal dating is different from Miami dating is different from Louisiana dating. Learn to date in So Cal. You have to be extra aggressive and outgoing, don't take anyone seriously, don't expect anyone to take you seriously. Two words to describe dating here: cut-throat, disposable. Learn the game.
