You'll be hard pressed to find anyone you can trust 100%, let alone women.

This shouldn't make you paranoid, just change your actions and expectations accordingly. Maybe I'm just misanthropic, but it leads to much less problems for me.

You can discard most of what they say without missing anything. However, the topics of conversation may be useful to consider.

For example, a woman saying she's not going to have sex with you and openly hamstering about it, is likely to be receptive to sex with you. She is ultimately thinking about sex with you, and forming conscious drivel to go along with it. It's when she's not thinking about sex, or you, or talking about them, that would be the problem.

Similarly, a woman complaining about another man, can't stop herself from thinking about him. She complains about the asshole but has sex with him because he captures most of her mental faculties. The nice guy she doesn't think twice about.

Yes, they lie about anything and everything. Even to themselves.

When they're wet and horny, however, they'll be congruent.
