Is it the Red Pill geared towards men? Or RP for women? Really the RP side of things for us are mostly in terms of improving yourself and helping set expectations in a home/family setting. There's a wide variety of people represented on this particular subforum. It really comes down to being your best person and finding someone who helps build that up while you support them in your own way.
