I have a large nose, weak jawline, etc. that sort of makes me look goofy.

Noses change your whole face. Make sure you don't go cheap though. Don't be afraid to get on a plane to get the best, and pay for it. You're going to be looking at that thing in the mirror for the rest of your life.

If it helps you out with your confidence just fucking do it. It doesn't help you accept you as you are but if you think it'll help then even if physically its not a huge change it'll change your mentality on it. Just like if you think having a new haircut will make you look cooler, you go get it and you feel good, which in turn makes you more confident. The way I look at it anyways.

why have plastic surgery when you can change your face through oral posture. the red pill isn't as redpill as it should be.
