My Process:

In a socially saavy way you want to find out asap:

a) is she single b) does she live near the bar or near you? c) what is she doing later / tomorrow morning

I follow the following sequence and if a girl goes through all the hoops successfully I plant the seed to pull her home:

First off win her group very easy to do > Introduce yourself to her friends and hug them, make jokes with guys and compliment their outfits, dance in an intimate but not overly sexual way so ASD isn't triggered. You can even tell her friends "I think your friend is super cool, what's the deal with her?" You normally get good reactions of "OMG she's so hot - definitely give it a go, you're great". Making Conversation:Push Pull / Fun and lighthearted conversations is what you want with nightgame. Avoid deep conversations. You can probably do more professional conversations and validate girls on being "smart/professional" and not like the rest but for the most part keep it light.
