Hey TRP

Been reading this sub daily for about 4 months now, beginning to take the lessons to heart and becoming more confident and happy with myself. Thank you all.

Now to my question. I am currently a freshman at university, single and loving it. I had a gf throughout junior year of high school and half of senior year. She left me for another guy and, not surprisingly, I found TRP shortly after. Anyways, her and I had a hook up over the summer. About a month after that, she texts me saying she doesn't think we should talk anymore, blah blah blah whatever, I've moved on. Today is my birthday, so she texted me saying, and I quote, "hey man sorry we dont talk but happy birthday i miss you dude hope you're doing well". This was sent about 3 hours ago, and I haven't replied.

So my question is, do I reply? And if so, what? My gut is telling me not to reply at all and let her hamster run wild about me not replying.
