My wife and I separated badly two years ago and during the chaos our two boys went to stay with my parents. It was supposed to be temporary but it's become normal life for them. Now that we're finally filing my wife wants the kids back with her full time. I don't think uprooting them again is fair. Does the fact that they've been stable and settled somewhere else actually factor into how a Georgia court looks at custody?
