Afternoon gents,
I am having problem with my sleep quality.
I went to bed Friday at 2, woke up at 10. Deep sleep 4:26. In bed 8:25. Felt good, although at 6pm I started to feel sleepy and dizzy. http://imgur.com/syime9K
Yesterday, went to bed at 9 and fell asleep quickly. Woke up at... 3 and couldn't sleep anymore, deep sleep: 1 hr 25 min. It's so hard to go through the day now, as I went to gym at 5 and to work at 8. http://imgur.com/TGlyblT
I am struggling, what can I do to improve my sleep quality?
