Grammarly tries to correct the word “Misandry” to “Misogyny” and thinks I misspelled a word, which I didn't.

One of the repeated "criticisms" that we get from intellectually dishonest ideologues is that this whole subreddit is unnecessary. We recently had one of them suggest that we're just trying to foment misogyny (and I rolled my eyes so hard that I might have actually sprained something).

There are still many True Believers and many ignoramuses out there who think misandry doesn't exist or can't exist. They're all over the place, apparently some of them work at Grammarly, too.

It's truly an uphill struggle when such a huge chunk of the population is wilfully, aggressively ignorant about the topic. So I think collecting little pieces of evidence like this is important, even if nobody quite seems to know how to assemble all this evidence into meaningful social change.

The online translator I used to use before often translated "misandry" as "misoginy" or "misanthropy" or "misbehave", once it even translated "misandrist" as "masturbate".
