I would argue that it is feminists who have created and maintained the 'rape culture'.

It's a fair point. Incidents of reported rape have dropped by 83% since 1979. Feminists have to keep moving the goalposts on what 'rape' actually is in order for it to be something that they can remain angry about.

Rape used to be a despicable violent crime... Now it's Any sex that a woman feels in any way bad about at any point, and it's still a despicable violent crime.

Feminists will write blogs and argue about how no woman can ever consent to have sex while intoxicated because they wouldn't be allowed to sign a contract while drunk, and without explicit consent any sexual act is rape. Its kind of like that time my car raped me when I decided to drive it around while intoxicated and killed a family. The police said I wasn't responsible for my decisions or actions because I was drunk. It's a really cool idea actually.
