So there's this girl I run into semi-regularly and we're on friendly working-terms, but her eye contact is really throwing me off. For example, she may look at me from across the room during a meeting or I run into her in the hallway, and she holds her gaze just long enough that I'm expecting her to tell me something--but looks away at that exact instant and goes on with whatever she was doing. It's happened often enough that I'm starting to wonder.

Does that mean anything IOI-wise? Or am I just off-base in my interpretation of normal eye contact here?
