I've had girls say something along the lines of "I bet you do this with a lot of girls" whenever i get to a certain point of flirty with them, as if calling me out to be a player that gets a lot of girls doing the same thing that i did with them or whatever (which i'm definitely not, but for whatever reason the times i had the luck to get really flirty with a girl i guess i impressed her enough for her to say so?).

Anyway what's the best way to respond to that? Because regardless of what the truth is, I'm unsure about what they want to hear, do they want to hear that i get a lot of girls? or do they want to hear that they are special and the only one im interested in? or some sort of middle-point where i make both seem true? I guess this is some weird ASD. ASD weirds me out because i couldn't care less but they bring it up anyways lol.
