TL;DR - my sister is crazy selfish slut heading for the wall, what do?

My sister is that type of girl we've all met before, reckless, emotional, bitchy and i hate to say it but slutty. she's had many bad ending relationships and she in love with drama. She eats like shit, she won't take advice or criticism and loves to shift the blame for her problems onto others (namely me or my parents)

i moved back to my childhood home after being educated abroad for several years while my parents remained for work, so for the past few months its just been me and my siblings living in a house together. I haven't lived with my sister for almost 5 years now and its hard to see her be so careless about the way she conducts herself. I realized recently that i either have to move out or put her in her place after a rather violent incident took place between her and another girl at the house during a party, which involved a lot of alcohol and cocaine.

What's your guys advice for someone in a situation like me? how would you deal with it?
