I hope this doesn't get taken down simply because it's a cartoon, as it is not silly or frivolous. This is an animation of a portion of a ted-talk-style speech about alphas and how they function in community.

I would be very interested to hear what people here think about the ideas in this, because from what I can see it seems like it is a bit contradictory to the idea many men have of being an alpha male.
