Is it a bad idea to network with women on LinkedIn?

They just seem so easily offended and caustic. You say the “wrong” thing or use the “wrong” tone and they get offended.

And if you’re ugly, you’re already on thin ice, from their perspective, and halfway to getting labeled as a creep.

Also, because they see work as a social gathering, they gossip and cause drama.

But sometimes, especially now with increasing gender diversity in the workplace, I feel compelled to network with some of them.
