Body: Need new male friends.

hey guys, so i recently moved to a university (in my city) and over the past couple years i have been weeding people out of my life as they are more of a hindrance if anything. That being said, my close group of friends have also moved on to universities else where or into the military, and i've noticed that i have inadvertently isolated myself. So, i dont really have a problem talking to woman at all, however seeing that i currently have hardly any male friends i dont have any bro's to fallback on to "ditch bitches".. So i'm wondering how can i make male friends and build solid relationships? Next semester i plan on joining some clubs at my university, but i basically have zero status at the moment, and finding my free time being quite boring with noone to hangout with except these occasional females that i try to keep brief with anyways. Any advice would help, and it doesn't have to be friends exclusively made on campus, friends made in general would be nice. Thanks
