Hey there guys and gals.

I'm a single dad right now, living with my parents and my 2 year old son.

My ex-wife is not really my ex right now. I haven't been able to get the money together to file for divorce and so far, it's been okay.

We had a document for a while that was noterized, i forget what it was called, but i standardized that i was the sole caretaker and she had visitation on certain days, how we handled vacations and holidays.

We are fairly civil, concidering she cheated on me (Not provable in court, but she admitted it once, never mentioned it again) and moved in with another man immediatly after telling me.

She pays child support out of her check and hasn't made any moves to get him.

I know i am in a precarious postion, but i need some advice on what to start gathering as I prepare to file divorce paperwork offically, what to look for, and how to phrase things to seriously cover my ass in case she goes skizo and decides she wants him in that shithole that she lives in and can't really support him in.

Anything would be helpful, legal advice would be fantastic.
