Pretty straight forward question, though even if it does, I feel like... perhaps men and women perceive (thus report) threats differently? For instance, the legal definition of "attempted rape" includes verbal threats, and since unlike "oral", "verbal" isn't an exclusionary term, that includes trolls on Twitter, and Internet trolls seem to bother women more than men.
