Gotta learn a martial art for sure. (If youre average build, learn krav maga, kick boxing or boxing, but if youre tall, have longe legs take up taekwondo)

Learn whatever you want. Guitar is super fun and it's such a versatile instrument. Violin and piano require a lot discipline, but are so rewarding. If you're ambitious, take vocal lessons. You learn how to control your breathing in advanced ways and how to alter the tone of your voice. You also learn what your range is and how to make the most of it.

I can't tell you what to learn, but do what appeals to you and your goals.

Take up photography.

Learn how to fix up cars.

Hobbies that are good for you as a man and helps you show passion & intelligence to women when you talk about things. Women love a man who is passionate about something:

Reading books, non-fiction to learn
Chess, it can be used more often than the "current trend" of video games (which won't last decades) and it teaches you strategy, logic, tactics. And you can show off such skills anywhere and it will impress people (mainly men), but fast chess play in a park will really impress a woman.
Instrument like piano or guitar or violin... but I must say, I play guitar things I practice a lot, and most women are not that impressed about it, so maybe too many guys are doing this.
Archery, helps with arm strength can be really cool to teach a girl
firearms, it's not something that you will be talking to women about (especially not any new girls) but women love danger and protection. A man who cannot protect his family is not really a man.
bodybuilding of course can make you more good looking
rockclimbing can build strength and can be fun with girls
sailing, a bit expensive, but it can help when you get a girl alone on a boat
Ice skating / rollerblading, this can help as a date
Bicycle
Tennis (you can even teach girls which can be painful, but it's more accessible than other sports)
golfing, might be expensive, will probably help you more in corporations
Photography, might help
Being a dog owner, you may meet lots of people in the park.
Woodcraft carpentry, build something cool and people love it.
Electronics, FPGAs (computer engineering), arduino/rasbpi, again building something cool is very rewarding, fun, and impressive, although building a generic computer only impresses guys.
Fencing, it's pretty impressive to watch, but probably expensive and hard to show off.
Martial arts, again impressive but hard to show off.
Artwork, drawing, painting, charcoal, women adore artists... When I showed an HB9 my drawing portraits of beautiful women, she cried because she may be a little emotional, needless to say, she fell in love later (but again this may require tons of practice and many hours).

Hobbies that will help you meet women:

Dancing
Cooking
Wine taste / foodie type events
Hiking and hiking groups
Politics, volunteering in politics can help you meet women as long as you have some logical consistency and aren't a totally ignorant person who will say the wrong things.
Volunteering at shelters like animal shelters, will get you lots of women, but also lots of fat women.
Volunteering at food kitchens / shelters... to me this would be boring although rewarding, but if you can pull it off, it's probably worthwhile.
